Earning and eligibility
Adventure Points are promotional travel credit from Adventures with Altitude Expedition They have no cash redemption value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash. Only eligible services earn or accept points. The applicable rate and eligibility are shown when credit is calculated. Points are calculated only from eligible payments received and verified by AWA. Bank-transfer payments are confirmed through the admin dashboard; online payments are verified by the signed payment notification.
Rewards are calculated on eligible value after discounts, points and gift voucher redemptions. Existing credit does not earn more credit. Pending estimates can change when the booking changes.
Redemption
Sign in to redeem available points on your own future, confirmed eligible booking. Redemption is subject to the configured minimum, maximum and remaining booking balance. Apply credit before opening a payment session. The remaining cash amount is shown before payment; an estimated payment-processing fee is an accounting estimate, not an additional customer charge.
Gift vouchers
When gifting is enabled, available points can be converted into an approved Adventure Gift Voucher. The gifted amount is immediately deducted from your available points. Keep the code private: anyone holding it can redeem its remaining value on an eligible booking. Partial use leaves the unused balance on the voucher. Vouchers cannot be duplicated or exchanged for cash. Cancellation by AWA does not automatically restore the gifted points; any approved credit restoration is recorded separately.
No expiry
Adventure Points and Adventure Gift Vouchers do not expire. Credit remains subject to eligibility, remaining balance and the cancellation, refund and correction rules below.
Cancellations, refunds and corrections
Earned rewards may be reversed proportionally for refunds, cancellations or chargebacks, or corrected for fraud and errors. Approved refunds of amounts paid with points or vouchers return as Adventure Points or voucher credit, never as cash. Cash refunds are handled separately under the booking cancellation policy. If earned rewards have already been spent, AWA must reconcile the account before completing a points reversal.
Every adjustment and reversal is recorded without deleting the original transaction. Contact AWA if you believe a balance is incorrect.
