How do I choose a trip?
Compare the itinerary, duration, maximum altitude and difficulty. Tell our team about your experience and the time you have if you would like help deciding.
Can I travel on my own dates?
Use the custom-trip form to request a private itinerary. The team will confirm route arrangements, services and pricing for your proposed dates.
Does a booking request confirm my place?
No. A saved request is acknowledged with a reference. Availability and payment arrangements must be confirmed in writing by Adventures with Altitude Expedition.
Where can I see fixed departures?
The fixed-departures page displays published dates and capacity from our departure system. Selecting a date carries the departure into the booking form.
How do I access my booking?
Sign in to My AWA with the account used for your booking request. Your bookings, invoices and documents are linked to that account.
What if my plans change?
Read the cancellation policy and contact our team with your booking reference. The applicable terms are those agreed for your confirmed journey.
What should I pack?
Review the equipment and practical details on your trip page. Ask the team for the route-specific packing list and clarify what the package provides.
