Day 1 · Kathmandu to Pokhara
Complete motorcycle checks and ride from Kathmandu to Pokhara with planned fuel and rest stops. Settle into your accommodation and prepare for the next part of the journey. Optional activities and extra sightseeing are arranged separately.

Day 2 · Pokhara to Tatopani
Ride from Pokhara toward Tatopani, entering rougher Kali Gandaki road conditions. This lower-valley stop brings a change from the high mountain stages. Any hot-spring visit is optional and charged locally if applicable.

Day 3 · Tatopani to Jomsom
Continue through the gorge and lower Mustang to Jomsom, maintaining safe spacing on dust, gravel and construction sections.

Day 4 · Jomsom to Kagbeni
Ride north to Kagbeni and complete restricted-area permit checks before continuing beyond the village on the following stage.

Day 5 · Kagbeni to Ghami
Travel through the high-desert landscape toward Ghami, crossing passes and eroded valleys on variable surfaces.

Day 6 · Ghami to Lo Manthang
Continue to the walled capital of Lo Manthang, arriving with time for an orientation walk if conditions permit.

Day 7 · Explore Lo Manthang and northern villages
Use a non-transfer day to explore Lo Manthang and selected northern villages or caves with local permission. The exact ride depends on permits and road access.

Day 8 · Lo Manthang to Samar
Begin the return journey through the Mustang valleys toward Samar, using an alternate legal route when appropriate and safe.

Day 9 · Samar to Jomsom
Descend from Samar through Kagbeni toward Jomsom, completing the restricted-area exit checks. Prepare for the next road or air connection. Wind, weather and road conditions can change transport arrangements in the Kali Gandaki valley.

Day 10 · Jomsom to Pokhara
Ride south from Jomsom toward Pokhara, with an overnight or vehicle-support adjustment if road conditions require it.

Day 11 · Pokhara to Kathmandu
Return from Pokhara to Kathmandu and complete the motorcycle handover inspection. Follow the planned pokhara to kathmandu stage with your guide. The exact stops and pace are agreed around current access and the time available, with the next stage reviewed before continuing.

Day 12 · Departure
