Arrive prepared.

Kathmandu comfort and high-altitude accommodation

Enjoy one deluxe room night at a five-star Kathmandu hotel at the beginning and one at the end, both with breakfast. Accommodation on trek varies by village. Lobuche and Gorakshep offer basic accommodation with shared toilets; the luxury package does not imply luxury facilities at these high-altitude stops.

Meals and dietary requirements

Three meals each trekking day are included. Tell us about dietary requirements before booking so the team can check what local lodges can provide. Kathmandu lunch and dinner are excluded.

Helicopter logistics

The operator confirms flight timing, baggage allowances, operational stops and any high-altitude shuttle sectors before travel. Weather and aircraft performance can change the plan. Planned transfers are separate from emergency evacuation; review inclusions and exclusions for the flight arrangement.

Pace and acclimatization

The itinerary retains acclimatization days in Namche and Dingboche. The helicopter return does not remove altitude exposure on the ascent. The guide may recommend stopping, descending or changing the route when needed.

Equipment and insurance

Bring layered trekking clothing, a waterproof shell, warm insulation, broken-in boots and appropriate sleeping equipment. Confirm the detailed packing list and carry insurance covering the maximum itinerary altitude and emergency evacuation.
